- Mosquera Abogados advised Grupo Energía de Bogotá, a state-owned energy company, on the structuring and negotiation of an extension and modification of a guarantee for the financing of its subsidiary with the national banking community for USD 200 million. This transaction was successfully closed in 2024.
- Mosquera Abogados represented Grupo Energía de Bogota – GEB, the leading energy services provider group in central Colombia and with a presence in Latin America, in a renegotiation of its existing USD750 million international financing with the international commercial banking community in July 2019.
